Take a surf lesson or rent a board from Juan Surfo's. Amazing instructors and lessons. Guiones Beach is super accessible for every level of surfer; it's a Nosara must do. There are a ton of other spots to take surf lessons along the beach - Juan Surfo's is just our favourite:)

There are a ton of spots around Nosara to take a yoga class but the Bodhi Tree classes are fantastic; they've also got a great gym. Other classes to explore:

-Norte

-Harmony Hotel

Checkout the neighbouring beach, Playa Pelada. You can walk along the beach or take a walk around the community.

There are a ton of amazing spots around Guiones Beach to grab a meal, smoothie or drink. Honestly everything is pretty great but here are some of our favourites:

-Howler's Bar: post surf amazing cocktails and snacks

-Guilded Iguana: great meals and smoothies

-Senderro Hotel: fantastic food; beautiful aesthetic

-Bodhi Tree Cafe: amazing smoothies and smoothie bowls

-La Brasa: Argentinian steakhouse, Mike's favourite

-Olivia's: reaallllly great pizza

-Rolling Waves: Coffee & Cocktails, the necessities

Horseback riding on the beach is an absolutely amazing way to watch the sunset!
